STEP 1/8
First, prepare the ingredients.
Cut onions, potatoes, carrots, and meat into big pieces.
The cooking time is longer than I thought, so cut the potatoes into big pieces.
If you cut it into small pieces, it'll all get crushed..

Season beef with salt and pepper
Place 2 slices of butter in a pot and cook the meat.
Don't cook it too much, just cook it medium.

For me, barmond curry is much more delicious than golden curry.
Blue is spicy, but it's not that spicy either
If you put it all in at once, you can't control the amount...
The total amount is 6 pieces.
STEP 7/8
When the curry melts, add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
Boil over medium heat for 20 minutes.
It tastes deeper with tomato sauce!
Stir well so that it doesn't stick.
STEP 8/8
Add 200ml of milk and boil it for 10 more minutes!
You have to stir continuously at this time, too.
