Add 200ml of water to 2 tablespoons of starch and mix.

Slice the apples into pieces, shred the onions, peel the carrots and slice them into round slices and put them in 250ml boiling water.

Add seasoning ingredients after removing starch.

Leave the settled starch and discard only the gastric water.

Stir in the salted starch and boil only half of it in the sweet and sour pork sauce.Boil and turn off the heat when it becomes viscous.

Set it for 5 minutes at 200 degrees.

After 5 minutes, mix the meat gently with a spoon or fork and repeat for 5 minutes twice.(15 minutes in total)

Chinese restaurants mix edible glacial acetic acid, but you can do that I made it to my taste :)
