Sweet and sour pork with apples in the air fryer!
I made sweet and sour pork with leftover tenderloin after making curry. :)

Ingredients
  • Pork tenderloin
    300g
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Carrot
    1/4ea
  • apple
    1/2ea
  • potato starch
    3T
  • Water
    200ml
  • canola oil
    5T
  • Soy sauce
    2T
  • Sugar
    3T
  • Ketchup
    1T
  • plum extract
    3T
  • Vinegar
    3T
  • potato starch
    2T
  • Water
    250ml
  • Salt
    1/2T
  • ground pepper
    1/2T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Add 200ml of water to 2 tablespoons of starch and mix.
STEP 2/11
Slice the apples into pieces, shred the onions, peel the carrots and slice them into round slices and put them in 250ml boiling water.
STEP 3/11
Add seasoning ingredients after removing starch.
STEP 4/11
Leave the settled starch and discard only the gastric water.
STEP 5/11
Stir in the salted starch and boil only half of it in the sweet and sour pork sauce.Boil and turn off the heat when it becomes viscous.
STEP 6/11
Sprinkle meat, salt, and pepper in the remaining starch water and mix.
STEP 7/11
Add 3 tablespoons of starch powder to the meat sprinkled with pepper and salt and mix them with sanitary gloves.
STEP 8/11
Put the meat mixed with starch into the air fryer and mix it with cooking oil.
STEP 9/11
Set it for 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
STEP 10/11
After 5 minutes, mix the meat gently with a spoon or fork and repeat for 5 minutes twice.(15 minutes in total)
STEP 11/11
Make it easy to pour or not.
Chinese restaurants mix edible glacial acetic acid, but you can do that I made it to my taste :)
