STEP 1/14
Place an egg in a dough bowl.

Add 75ml of water and 24ml of Ottogi canola oil (4 spoons of rice).

Now stir well with a whisk and mix evenly.

Add a bag of dough mix if the egg is well blended.

Use a spatula to mix.

When the dough is somewhat lumpy, knead it by hand for another 2-3 minutes.

Cut the dough into the size of a ping-pong ball (about 20g) and make it round.

Pour oil about 4cm high into a pot, preheat over high heat for about 6 minutes, and lower to low heat.
STEP 9/14
Place the dough in a frying pan and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes
Please fry it evenly.
STEP 10/14
Place the whipping cream in a mixing bowl and whip until cream is firm.
STEP 11/14
Add the Ottogi sweet chocolate syrup and mix.
STEP 12/14
Put the chocolate cream in the piping bag.
STEP 13/14
Make a hole in the fried Ottogi sticky rice minidonas.
STEP 14/14
If you put in a lot of chocolate cream, it's done!
Add chocolate cream after the fried donas have cooled completely.
If you add chocolate cream before Donas cools down, the cream can melt in the hot temperature of Donas.
