Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut cabbage, carrot, red cabbage, and lettuce into thin slices.
STEP 2/6
Prepare Ottogi apple vinegar, red pepper paste, soy sauce, sugar and red pepper powder in a small bowl.
STEP 3/6
Put 2 tablespoons of Ottogi Mihyang in boiling water and boil chicken breast.
STEP 4/6
Boil 5 cups of water, add Ottogi old noodles, boil for about 3-4 minutes, rinse thoroughly in cold water, and drain.
STEP 5/6
Place boiled Ottogi noodles on a plate, sliced vegetables, and chicken breast on top.
STEP 6/6
Sprinkle the Ottogi mustard sauce and put the sauce to your liking to complete it.
