Ingredients

  • Frying flour

  • Water
    400ml
  • Sunflower seed oil
    500ml
  • cream soup
    40g
  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add the Ottogi frying powder and cold water to a bowl and stir to make sure there are no large chunks.
STEP 2/7
Drain shrimp and season with a little salt and pepper.
STEP 3/7
Pour Ottogi sunflower oil into a deep skillet and simmer until about 180 degrees Celsius, coat shrimp with batter and fry for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Boil until 180 degrees, and fry the shrimp in batter for about a minute and a half.
STEP 5/7
Pour cold water into the Ottogi cream soup and stir well over high heat until boiling.
STEP 6/7
When it starts to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for another 3 minutes, stirring so that the bottom does not lie down.
STEP 7/7
Place the fried shrimp on a plate and pour Ottogi cream soup to your liking to complete.
