The savory flavor of sesame seeds! Sesame fried eggs and sesame
I thought about how to use sesame seeds because I have a lot of sesame seeds in my house, so I made Chamgae fried rice.
Other recipes contain more than 100g of sesame seeds
I made it with only 40g. This much is enough to make it savory and delicious!

There is also a recipe with butter, but in Korea, we used more cooking oil, so we made it using cooking oil.
For your information, it has a pancake-like texture when baked in a frying pan. It's not that it doesn't taste bad at all, but I recommend an oven rather than a frying pan because crispy and small taste is the life!!
It takes about 20 minutes from preparing ingredients to baking in the oven.
