Visual cooking that you eat first with your eyes, Cloud Eggs
It looked so interesting that I couldn't resist making it. It's a cloud egg that's good to use when you want to add points to your cooking. I put it on toast

Ingredients
  • egg
    4ea
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Preheating the oven is a must before starting! 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Separate the egg whites and yolks. Place whites in one place but yolk in separate bowls. You'd better leave the strings attached to the yolk alone. A slight burst while taking it out. --;
STEP 2/7
Add salt and pepper one at a time and whip it using a hand mixer to make meringue. If you have a cream of tartar at home, you can add one more.
STEP 3/7
Place parchment paper on a baking pan and divide the meringue into 4 pieces
STEP 4/7
Make a hole about the size of the middle yolk, then cook in a preheated oven for just 5 minutes.
STEP 5/7
You can see that the outside is slightly cooked, right?
STEP 6/7
Carefully place the yolk in the hole you made for the yolk and bake for another 5 minutes
STEP 7/7
Completed! The texture that I can't describe in words..I think young children will like it.
