Steak rice with juicy meat filling!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Chop the chives long.
STEP 2/10
Slice onions thinly and soak in cold water for about 1 minute.
STEP 3/10
Season beef sirloin with salt and pepper!
STEP 4/10
When the smoke rises from a heated pan over high heat
Prepare it with cooking oil!
STEP 5/10
Add cooking oil and top with prepared beef
Bake about 1 minute, turning back and forth.
If it's cooked in moderation, make sure the meat is juicy
To do so, do a lasting for about 1-2 minutes.
