Chicken wing dumplings that are made with fried rice inside chicken wings I heard it's so hot in Taiwan? So I made it, too. ^^

  • Shrimp fried rice

  • chicken wings
    8~10ea
  • mozzarella cheese
    50g
  • Salt

  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Transfer Ottogi's "Delicious Shrimp Fried Rice" to a microwave container and microwave it for about 4 minutes.
STEP 2/10
While rice is being made, if you push the small bone inside the chicken wing with a knife, it moves and falls out.

If you grab it with your hand, it comes out.

Add mozzarella cheese to the hot Ottogi shrimp fried rice that just came out of the microwave and mix well.

Like dumpling filling, fill chicken wings with fried rice.

Use a toothpick to fix the chicken wings so that they don't pop.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pour plenty of cooking oil into a heated pan and fry it.

Bake chicken wing dumplings, turning them over on both sides, until golden brown.
