  • Soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Put water, soy sauce, sugar and flavour in a bowl
STEP 2/6
Add chopped green onions, minced garlic, ginger, and Ottogi savory sesame oil and stir.
STEP 3/6
Prepare the trimmed chicken in a large bowl and marinate it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.
STEP 4/6
Put the aged chicken and soy sauce in a pot, add an additional cup of water and bring to a boil. When the meat is 50% cooked, add the potatoes and carrots.
STEP 5/6
When the potatoes and carrots are half-cooked, add the onions and peppers.
STEP 6/6
When the ingredients are done, add the glass noodles and boil them down until they are done.
