Oyster sauce mayo ramen

  • Cabbage

  • Garlic

  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • Red pepper

  • Ramen powder

  • ground pepper

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Remove the ramen powder and simmer for 4 minutes before sifting through a sieve!
STEP 2/7
Cut the cabbage into 1cm thick pieces.
STEP 3/7
Slice green onions 5cm, peppers sideways, and garlic on the side
STEP 4/7
Stir-fry garlic in an oiled pan and add cabbage.
STEP 5/7
Add drained noodles, green onions, and bean sprouts and stir-fry over high heat.
STEP 6/7
Add 1/3 ramen powder and 1 spoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry.
STEP 7/7
Sprinkle mayonnaise over stir-fry noodles.
