STEP 2/4
When the eggs are cooked, peel and mash.
Then add a little salt and mayonnaise (about 1 to 2 spoons) to make it soft.
(You can add as much mayonnaise as you want, but if you add too little, the eggs won't stick to each other and break.)
And to make it softer, I put it down on a sieve once. You can skip this process, but if you put it on a sieve, it becomes a much softer egg sandwich^^
STEP 3/4
Spread mayonnaise on one side of the bread and mustard on the other.And sprinkle a little bit of sugar (you can put condensed milk instead of sugar).I don't have condensed milk, so I put sugar on it.)
STEP 4/4
Place the mashed egg on top and cover with bread. (If you make a lot of eggs and put them thickly, it will become a chubby egg sandwich, right?)
If you cut it in half, it's a soft egg sandwich! (It's cleaner if you cut the edges of the bread, too)
