Super simple breakfast, curry-flavored tofu, egg scrambled rice
The worst time of the year is March when daylight saving starts. I crave time and the weather changes, so my body gets tired and I don't want to do anything. Fortunately, the children's school provides spring vacation just in time, but I don't have the energy to eat, so I eat simple things, so I use tofu and eggs that are nutritious and delicious

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Crack the egg, add milk and curry powder, and mix well.

Cut tofu into 1cm cubes

Heat the pan, add a little cooking oil, pour the beaten egg, and lower the heat to medium.

If you see the bottom part coagulating as it cooks, cook it gently by splitting it with a spatula as if cutting the Red Sea.

Don't cook it thoroughly. When it's half-cooked and half-cooked

Add the chopped tofu.

And with scrambled eggs, when it's cooked gently

Season with salt and pepper.

After turning off the heat, add 1T of butter and mix while melting. You don't have to put it in, but I just added a little bit because I wanted to make the curry scent soft.
