Spinach miso soup with barley shrimp..

Ingredients

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First, remove the top of the spinach, wash it clean, remove the water, and prepare it.
STEP 2/9
Pour water into a pot, add a tea bag of anchovies and kelp, add 2 tablespoons of soybean paste and 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, and boil it.
STEP 3/9
In the meantime, I'm preparing the spare parts.
I prepared half of the soy sauce bowl for barley shrimp. Prepare 1/4 onions, 1 green onion, and 2 cheongyang peppers.

When the water boils, boil for another 5 minutes, then remove the tea bag.

Then add all the washed spinach.
STEP 6/9
When spinach dies, add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and boil it.
STEP 7/9
Add onion and barley shrimp and boil.
STEP 8/9
Add 2 tablespoons of tuna juice.
Try it and season with salt and tea if it's bland.
STEP 9/9
If the seasoning is right, add the green onion and boil it for another 5 minutes, and spinach soybean paste soup is complete.
Instead of an anchovy kelp tea bag, you can simply boil it using anchovy powder
