Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Use a kitchen towel to remove moisture from tofu
Please cut it into big pieces and prepare it.
STEP 2/7
Put cooking oil on a heated pan and cut tofu on low heat
Bake it until it's golden brown.

I'll make the sauce while the tofu is being baked.
Chop the cheongyang pepper, red pepper, and green onion into small pieces
Chop the onions, please.

Put chopped red pepper, cheongyang pepper, and green onion in a bowl
Add the seasoning ingredients, 3 for brewed soy sauce, 0.5 for minced garlic, 1 for sesame oil, 1 for red pepper powder, and 2 for water
Mix evenly to make tofu sauce.

Tofu cooked until golden brown
Put the sauce on top
Cook on low heat as much as much as possible.

While the tofu is being boiled down
Add cooking oil to pan and shredded onion
Stir-fry it and make stir-fried onions.

Put the seasoned tofu on a plate
