  • Broth

  • Eggs
    1ea
  • cherry tomato
    1~2ea
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Put the cold noodle broth in the freezer and freeze it in advance, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and cut the cucumbers into 3~4cm long pieces.
STEP 2/6
Boil an appropriate amount of water in a steamer, and when the water starts to boil, place frozen dumplings on the steamer and steam for 8 minutes.
STEP 3/6
Boil Ottogi noodles in boiling water for about 3 to 4 minutes, rinse them in cold water, and drain them.
STEP 4/6
Place boiled noodles and steamed royal dumplings in a bowl.
STEP 5/6
Put cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and egg garnish on top.
STEP 6/6
Pour in the cold cold cold noodles broth and it's done!
You can add vinegar and mustard to your liking!
