How to eat cabbage water kimchi for a long time
I made a lot of cabbage kimchi at once.It's spicy and crunchy. *Separate at room temperature for 3 days (in winter) and store 2 bottles in the kimchi refrigerator. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Wash cabbage in running water in 6 pieces.
STEP 2/12
Prepare pears, onions, radish, ginger, garlic, and green onions.
STEP 3/12
Cut the cabbage into bite-size pieces.
STEP 4/12
Mix together the bay salt and sugar.
STEP 5/12
*Put cabbage in one bowl and sprinkle salt and sugar on top repeatedly. *Sleep for about an hour. *Turn it upside down three or four times in the middle and let it soak evenly.
*Put pickled cabbage on a sieve.

Cut the radish into small pieces.
STEP 7/12
Remove the skin and core of the pear and slice it.
STEP 8/12
In a blender, chop ginger, garlic, and onion, pour 700 liters of water and grind.
STEP 9/12
Place in a pillowcase and squeeze to get the juice.
STEP 10/12
Put radish pears, hot pepper powder, and white porridge in a blender, grind 300 liters of water, place in a pillowcase and squeeze the juice.
STEP 11/12
Put the cabbage in a kimchi container, pour the green onion, 2.5 liters of water, and add the two juices above.
STEP 12/12
Add dates and season with anchovy sauce and tuna juice.
*You can adjust the total water usage to 3.5 liters. *Put the ground content in a blender in a pillowcase and squeeze out the juice by pouring the remaining 2.5 liters of water little by little. *Salting time is shortened in summer.
