STEP 1/9
First, boil the eggs you need for soy sauce stew. Boil over high heat for 10 minutes.
STEP 2/9
Immediately soak the boiled eggs in cold water and peel them when the heat cools to a certain extent. (The picture is 5 but the actual one used is 9.)^^)
STEP 3/9
Prepare ingredients to add flavor when making jangjorim broth, and prepare green onion slices and whole garlic in a tea bag.
STEP 4/9
Put all of it in the pot according to the amount of seasoning
STEP 5/9
Peel the boiled egg and put it in. Turn the gas stove on medium heat. Stir until the sugar melts
STEP 6/9
When the sugar melts and starts to boil, reduce the gas heat to medium-low heat, cover the pot, and simmer for 20 minutes. If you boil it down, the boiled egg is complete!!!!!
STEP 7/9
Super simple boiled egg sauce..There's nothing grand about it, but the jangjorim was completed in a short time.
STEP 8/9
Transfer it to a side dish container and leave it at room temperature until the sauce cools completely. When it cools, cover it and store it in the refrigerator.
STEP 9/9
It's delicious if you cut it into four pieces and pour a little bit of the stewed soup!!
Even if the ratio of boiled soy sauce and water looks bland
It's boiled down for 20 minutes
It brings back the salty taste
Make sure to boil over medium low heat.
