STEP 1/10
First, prepare 10 strands of water parsley. Wash it under running water and cut it into 1cm pieces
STEP 2/10
Prepare radish salad among the side dishes. I used it because there was a side dish that I made in advance. If you don't have radish salad, you can cut kimchi into small pieces and season it with sesame oil.
STEP 3/10
Pre-cooked half-cooked eggs in a frying pan.
STEP 4/10
Since the hot pot bibimbap is the point, prepare an earthen pot and add half a spoon of sesame oil to the earthen pot.
STEP 5/10
Apply it well so that it's evenly coated with sesame oil
STEP 6/10
Put 1 bowl of rice in the earthen pot.
STEP 7/10
Put a lot of water parsley on top.
STEP 8/10
Lastly, add a lot of radish salad
STEP 9/10
Turn the gas stove on medium-low heat and start heating it. It's until the rice gets stuck and smells like it's slightly burning!!
STEP 10/10
When you smell something burning, turn off the gas If you put the half-cooked egg on top and sprinkle sesame seeds, the water parsley stone pot bibimbap is completed in an instant.
Add plenty of radish salad and make sure to cook the eggs half-cooked~
You don't need red pepper paste sauce when you mix rice
You can eat it deliciously by mixing radish salad seasoning and soft-boiled eggs.
