STEP 1/11
Rinse the chicken in water once
Boil jujube, green onion, garlic, and cooking wine in enough water to soak the chicken
When it boils, add the chicken and blanch for 5-7 minutes.
Please take out the foam that floats on top
STEP 2/11
Let's make the sauce for braised spicy chicken.
If you add 2-3 spoons of broth and mix it together, it mixes much better.
If you think you add too much vegetables, add a spoonful of red pepper paste.
STEP 3/11
Remove the slightly blanched chicken and rinse it with water.
Take off the skin and oil.
Add half of the sauce and mix it first.
STEP 4/11
Season the chicken gently.
Before preparing vegetables, marinate them slightly in the sauce.
STEP 5/11
Vegetables ready!
It's good to add onions, potatoes, and carrots
If you have mushrooms, put them in. If you don't, you can skip them
I'm going to cook it, so cut the vegetables into thick pieces.

Add the tomatoes, please.
Tomatoes cooked with meat are good for you
I put cherry tomatoes in it, and I like big tomatoes, too.
The soup has a very strong taste. Make sure to put it in. ^-^!!^^
STEP 9/11
Mix the chicken broth with the sauce
Add enough vegetables to cover.
If you like spicy braised spicy chicken with soup, pour it so that half of the ingredients are soaked,
If you want to eat it without soup, just put the vegetables in half. (To the point where it doesn't burn)
STEP 10/11
Cover and simmer~ Boil for about 10 minutes and add shrimp.
When it starts to boil, change it to medium heat!
Add shrimp and simmer for another 10-20 minutes.
