Use a kitchen towel to dry the tofu.
Generally, tofu sold at marts is not that big. So I wrote one and a half. The tofu sold at the market tofu restaurant is a little big. Then I think you can just use Hanmo.

Grease a frying pan with enough cooking oil and cook tofu over medium heat until golden.

I think tofu is more delicious when it's cooked until it's golden on the outside is chewy and the inside is soft.

Normally, you can put the sauce on the baked tofu and cook it.
I just put the sauce on the golden-roasted tofu.
It's delicious no matter how you eat it. You can boil it down to your preference or put the sauce on it.

If you stir-fry onions, it has a sweet taste, so it tastes better with stir-fried onions.
The salty and spicy seasoning is added with sweet onions, so it has a savory taste.
