Healthy Cooking Nutrition Abalone Rice
I made a nutritious abalone rice for my husband who feels weak. It's a taste that I keep trying to eat with seasoned soy sauce. I used low-salt soy sauce for soy sauce.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Rub the abalone with a brush and remove the skin.
STEP 2/10
Please separate the intestines from the flesh.
STEP 3/10
Remove the teeth on the inner end
STEP 4/10
Put a little soju in the boiling water and blanch the intestines.
STEP 5/10
*Take out the intestines, chop them, and mix them with sesame oil.
*Cut the chestnuts on the side.
*Remove the seeds of the jujube and shred it.

Put the soaked rice in the earthen pot and add the soup under the kelp
STEP 7/10
Add the abalone intestines, chestnuts and jujube, cover and bring to a boil.If it boils up on high heat, 10 minutes later on medium heat
STEP 8/10
Place abalone meat on top and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes, remove from heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
*Possible in electric rice cooker
STEP 9/10
In the meantime, add the amount of seasoning above and make the sauce.
