Sausage fried rice
My child turned 6 years old this year, but he is not picky. I think fried rice is the best when I'm lazy on weekend morning^^ If you chop up various vegetables and stir-fry them, even your short-mouthed son can have a bowl.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Chop the onion.
I tend to chop vegetables into small pieces because I'm afraid my child might feel repulsed.
About two to three millimeters.
It's good to adjust the size of vegetables as your child grows^^

Chop red and yellow paprika into similar sizes as onions.
STEP 3/5
Chop up the zucchini as well.
It doesn't matter if you use zucchini.
When I make fried rice, if I add pumpkin, it tastes sweet and tastes good^^

After welcoming the sausage vertically, cut it into 2mm thick pieces.
Place all ingredients in a pan and stir-fry in a pan covered with oil about two turns.
While stir-frying, put a large bowl of rice in the pan and stir-fry it. If I don't have enough oil, I add cold water and stir-fry it more. To reduce the use of oil.
Add sesame seeds and season with salt.

If I put white kimchi and cherries in it, it would be good for breakfast, right? ^^
