STEP 1/19
Please prepare the ingredients.
STEP 2/19
Separate the egg into the yolk and the white.
(If there's any yolk in the white, the meringue won't be made, so be careful!)
STEP 3/19
Add egg yolk, milk, flour and melted butter.
STEP 4/19
Stir to mix ingredients well.
(What I just made is the yolk dough!)
STEP 5/19
Add 40g of sugar to the egg whites.
STEP 6/19
Make the meringue hard.
STEP 7/19
Mix the meringue in the yolk dough three times.
STEP 8/19
Turn on the lowest heat and spread 1 tablespoon of butter.
STEP 9/19
After cutting the bottom of the paper cup, fill it with 70% souffle dough.
(I used a small container for cup noodles~!!)
STEP 10/19
Cover and bake for about 4 minutes.
STEP 11/19
Open the lid, sprinkle half a glass of soju with water around it, close the lid, and bake for another 3 minutes.
STEP 12/19
Turn it upside down, open the lid, bake it for about 2 minutes, and cool it down.
(Repeat the same process until you use all the dough~!!)
STEP 13/19
Whip 2 tablespoons of sugar into the whipped cream for about 3 minutes.
(It's the concentration that's dripping!)
STEP 14/19
Cut the strawberries in half.
STEP 15/19
Spread 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam on a cold souffle pancake.
STEP 16/19
Put the strawberries in half.
STEP 17/19
Put whipped cream on top.
STEP 18/19
Spread 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam on top of souffle pancakes.
STEP 19/19
If you put whipped cream and strawberries on top, the strawberry souffle pancake is complete!
Keep the lowest heat when cooking souffle pancakes!!
If you whip the whipped cream firmly, it's hard to put it on top of the pancake, so please whip it a little bit!!
After the souffle pancake cools down, you have to apply jam and put whipped cream on it so that it won't be ruined!
