It's good even if you don't fry it oven-baked doughnuts to make
The only state that Dunkin' Donuts and Krispy Kreme haven't been very successful is Texas, where I live. Koreans in every neighborhood couldn't cope with fresh donuts that were kneaded and fried at dawn at donut shops, and the donuts they sell fried in shortening, so mothers who don't like the combination of shortening, flour, and sugar tried donuts that are as delicious as fried without frying them for children who like doughnuts. Based on the recipe of Chef Ina Gartner from Food Network, I found a golden recipe that doesn't fall behind fried doughnuts.

Ingredients
  • Soft flour
    2+1/4cup
  • Baking powder
    2+1/4tsp
  • cinnamon powder
    2tsp
  • Salt
    1/2tsp
  • white sugar
    1cup
  • Milk
    1+1/4cup
  • Butter
    2Tbsp
  • Eggs
    1ea
  • Vanilla Extrack
    2tsp
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
You need a doughnut pan to bake a doughnut in the oven. The recipe is 12 pieces, so I used 2 of 6 pieces, and it's so easy to make and it doesn't take much time, so please preheat the oven 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) before starting and put butter or cooking oil on the donut pan.
STEP 2/14
Sift down all the other ingredients except sugar.
STEP 3/14
With the dry ingredients
STEP 4/14
I used coconut sugar. The original recipe is white sugar and it's a lot more, but 1 cup is just right for you to eat without glaze on the outside. White sugar and coconut sugar have nothing to do with the texture, so you can replace them.
STEP 5/14
Mix all the dry ingredients, including sugar, with a whisk
STEP 6/14
Prepare the wet ingredients. Melt the butter first and add milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
STEP 7/14
The eggs need to be melted, so mix the wet ingredients well with a whisk
STEP 8/14
Pour the wet ingredients into the prepared dry ingredients
STEP 9/14
Mix well with a rubber spatula until no dry powder is visible.
STEP 10/14
When it's ready, you have to scoop the dough with a spoon and put it in a mold. It's a bit annoying, but it's not hard... Let's be patient and do it. They put in 3-4 spoons of rice. If you put it in full, it's not enough later, so adjust it well and fill it in.
STEP 11/14
It's time to warm up.. Depending on the oven, the bottom part may burn slightly, so make sure to put the dough pan in the top, and if you're concerned, put an empty baking pan in the bottom compartment like me so that the heat doesn't touch the bottom of the doughnut directly.
STEP 12/14
It's been baked for 17 minutes. If the oven is usually weak, you can turn off the oven and take it out after a few more minutes.
STEP 13/14
Take it out and let it cool for a while
STEP 14/14
You can take it out and eat it right away, or if you're going to eat it later, put it on a cooling net so that it doesn't get wet. I think it's sold by kids, but it says it's only less sweet. It's really good
Make sure to use a measuring tool.

I tried it again and succeeded~~ Third, I made it with cocoa powder The powder was different and the dough was stiff, so I added handmade plain yogurt and kneaded it My son likes chocolate, so I'm giving him a thumbs up~~^^ I calculated a cup as 240ml~~^^
