Steamed pork bok choy in a rice cooker

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, prepare the meat
If you put in a cup, it's about 200g for 2 people
I used pork forelimbs You can use meat for boiled pork Like pork belly or pork neck

2T soy sauce. 2T cooking wine, 1.5T oyster sauce, 3T sugar, 1T minced garlic, 0.5T minced ginger, and pepper are put in the meat and kept in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to marinate
