a sun-dried salt

fine red pepper powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Boil salt in water to make salt water.
STEP 2/5
Pour salt water into the vinegar.
STEP 3/5
Mix grain syrup and salt water well and boil it once.
STEP 4/5
Remove from heat and mix with fine red pepper powder.
STEP 5/5
When it cools, add plum juice and soju.
1. The reason why I put soju is because the red pepper paste can go bad at high temperatures.
2. When the red pepper paste cools, it becomes dry, so be careful of the concentration control.
3. Store when completely cooled.
