Cut tofu into triangular shapes.

1. Cut tofu into triangular shapes. 2. Cut it into a triangle shape and if it's thick, cut it again. 3. When filling the tofu, put it in so that it doesn't burst. 4. Adjust seasoning to taste. 5. The tofu is thick, or if you put too much rice, the tofu will burst.
