Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Chop the vegetables, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, onions, and carrots for curry udon.
STEP 2/10
Grease a heated pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the prepared vegetables and pork together.
STEP 3/10
When the vegetables are half cooked, pour 4 cups of water and bring to a simmer.
*There are whole garlic, so I cut a few and put them in together lol

Add 2 spoons of liquid Udon sauce in Udon noodles
STEP 5/10
Then add 4 solid pieces of curry and bring to a boil together.
STEP 6/10
Bring to a boil and finish with an appropriate amount of pepper.
STEP 7/10
Boil water in a pot, add udon noodles and simmer until noodles are soft.
And strain it through a sieve
STEP 8/10
Add the slightly blanched udon noodles to the curry you made beforehand.
STEP 9/10
Mix curry and udon noodles evenly and boil it again to finish.
STEP 10/10
Curry udon is complete ^^
I ate slurping noodles first
If you think it's not enough
I put rice in the leftover sauce and mix it together
