Making Cube Steak with Vegetables
Hello! Today is the most lethargic (personal view) Wednesday of the week. The dish I prepared today is a cube steak that you can easily make at home using #steak sirloin. Good news for those who are not interested in cooking! You can pretend to be a good cook!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut it into bite-sized pieces. You have to cut the meat without melting it too much to make it look pretty. Make sure to cut it before it's completely thawed :)

To give a pretty color, I prepared paprika in two colors (yellow and red) I cut the broccoli in half, 6 mushrooms, 1 carrot, and 1 onion.

Turn on the heat and melt the butter in a lightly heated frying pan. After melting, stir-fry the cut #Honjusim cubes. Beef is cooked quickly, so you need a quick snap, right?

Melt 2 slices of butter in another frying pan and stir-fry the prepared vegetables! Then put the stir-fried cube steak and vegetables together, pour the sauce, and stir-fry slightly. The sauce for the is the one I prepared earlier (5 tablespoons of steak sauce, 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce) *.*
