Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Prepare the ingredients first.
STEP 2/11
Chop the green onions and cut the spam into cubes.
STEP 3/11
Put cooking oil in a preheated pan over medium heat and stir-fry green onions first.
When the green onion is a little golden, add spam and stir-fry lightly.
STEP 4/11
Reduce the heat to low, push the stir-fried green onions and spam aside, and pour soy sauce into the empty space.
When the soy sauce boils, mix lightly with the stir-fried ingredients.

Add chopped sour kimchi and red pepper powder and stir-fry it one more time
Add a bowl of rice and stir-fry to mix well with the ingredients.

Add sesame oil and sesame seeds and mix lightly to complete spam kimchi fried rice.

Put the completed spam kimchi fried rice in a bowl and press it with a spoon.

In a preheated pan over medium heat, add a little cooking oil and break the eggs carefully.
