Once I checked the eel, I put half of it in the freezer and marinated only half of it in the sauce.

Ginger is an essential part of grilled eel. Shred the ginger, add water and vinegar, and marinate it. Then the sour taste of ginger goes away and gives it a sour taste.

As expected, it's an onion to eat with ginger salad. Slice the onions and put them in cold water. That way, the taste of pungent onions decreases even when eaten raw.

I'm going to make the eel soy sauce. I just made it completely super fast and simple. I thought brewed soy sauce would be salty, so I made it with tsuyu. Add herb powder, minced garlic, minced ginger, pepper, cooking wine, and honey to the tsuyu and mix them well. It's a very simple soy sauce. If you don't have herb powder, you can pass.

It's already been cleaned right away, so you don't need to wash it separately. I've only cut off the head. You can put soy sauce on it and marinate it.

Although the thickness was thin, the number is quite large. Stack the eels together.

And spread the eel soy sauce evenly back and forth and sprinkle the rest of the sauce. After doing this, marinate in the refrigerator for at least half a day.

It's time to grill the eel that's been marinated well. And take out the onion salad and ginger salad that you eat with the eel, strain it through a sieve, drain it, put the onion salad on the plate, sprinkle the ginger salad on it, and put the ginger salad on the side.

Grill the eel that was marinated in soy sauce. Grill the crust first. That way, the eel can be grilled well. But it's so thin that I think it's the same thing that it's baked like this or like that

Then, put soy sauce on it as you cook it while turning it's turning upside down. If you didn't have much time to put them to sleep, it's good to do this. Cut the well-cooked eel into bite-size pieces.

Place the well-done eel soy sauce on top of the onion salad and ginger salad.

And sprinkle the chopped chives on top, and you're done with grilled eel made at a winter health food restaurant. You can simply make eel soy sauce and grill fresh eel and eat it.
