STEP 1/16
The tail of a cow draws blood well. Pour cold water enough to submerge the tail of the cow and replace the water every 4 hours. (Remove blood from 8-12 hours in total)
STEP 2/16
There's more blood than the first time, right? We're going to get ready now.
STEP 3/16
After removing the blood, the cow's tail is boiled for 15 minutes.
Pour enough water to soak the meat and boil it with 1 green onion, 10 garlic, 4-5 peppers, 20 whole peppers, 3-4 Wolgye tree leaves, and 1 ton of ginger.
STEP 4/16
Put the broth in a cotton cloth
Rinse the meat in clean water (remove impurities and bone powder)
(Use chilled soup filtered through cotton cloth)
STEP 5/16
While cooling, prepare vegetables
Cut the carrot into 0.7cm thick pieces and trim the edges.
(I made a shape because it's a surprise gift for my parents ^^)
STEP 6/16
Radish is softer than carrots, so cut it into 1cm thick and trim the edges.
(I made a heart shape for this too ^^)
STEP 7/16
Shiitake mushrooms are cut into shape
STEP 8/16
I'll leave the vegetables for a while and prepare the seasoning
STEP 9/16
Grind and mix 250ml soy sauce, 100ml cooking wine, 100ml plum juice, 3T minced garlic, 1 packet of pear juice + 1 onion and 1 ton of ginger (thumb finger length).
STEP 10/16
Place trimmed tail in pressure cooker
STEP 11/16
I'll pour the sauce
STEP 12/16
When the stock cools down, remove the oil and pour 500ml
STEP 13/16
Boil the pressure cooker for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
Let stand until completely deflated
STEP 14/16
Make sure that the steam is completely gone and the pressure is down, and then open the lid.
Add the prepared radishes, carrots, chestnuts, dates, and (ginkgo, pine nuts) and bring to a boil
Boil the radishes and carrots until they are cooked
(approximately 15-20 minutes)
STEP 15/16
When the vegetables are cooked,
Add 2T of oligosaccharide and 2T of sesame oil and add shiitake mushrooms
STEP 16/16
Transfer it to a plate and put the nicely boiled egg on top, and it's over. ^^
Steamed beef should be steamed in a pressure cooker to be soft and seasoned well. You can use the multi-purpose steam course in an electric pressure cooker ^^
