(Air fryer dish) Blue crab gangjeong with crispy skin
To make the crab gangjeong, we had to fry the crab, so we fried it with starch on the air fryer and made the sauce.

  • crab
    500g
  • Soju
    1cup
  • potato starch
    1cup
  • leek
    1ea
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    2ea
  • Garlic
    7~8ea
  • Soy sauce
    2T
  • Cheongju

  • Oyster sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Dip blue crabs in soju to remove the fishy smell and rinse them in water only once.
STEP 2/9
Cut it into bite-sized pieces and cut the ends of the legs.
Please cut the long legs in half.
STEP 3/9
Put blue crab and starch in a plastic bag and shake it to coat it evenly.
STEP 4/9
Add air fryer and sprinkle olive oil and fry at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Turn it over in the middle and sprinkle more oil.

Slice the garlic.
STEP 6/9
Prepare the cheongyang peppers and green onions by slicing them.
STEP 7/9
Put olive oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic, then add green onions and hot pepper to stir-fry.
STEP 8/9
When it starts to smell spicy, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, liver ginger, and cheongju, and reduce to low heat when it boils.

If there is starch left in the crab, it will disappear if you mix it with the sauce, so you don't have to worry..
8)It's done if you mix it with blue crabs.
It simply disappears when you soak and rinse the fishy smell of blue crab in soju. You don't have to worry if you fry blue crabs and there's still starch left. If you stir-fry it with the sauce, it disappears naturally. Even crispy crab gangjeong skin is delicious.
