STEP 1/9
Cut the hairtail.
You must remove the silver plastic on the hairtail.
Silver vinyl is said to have abdominal pain or hives.

It's easier for me to remove it with a knife.
If you're uncomfortable or lazy, you can buy the one that's been groomed at the mart.
STEP 3/9
Soak the trimmed hairtail in rice water for 10 to 20 minutes.
Remove the fishy smell.
STEP 4/9
Place radishes in a saucepan, and add a pinch of water.
*Caution*
Please touch the radish so that it doesn't stick to the floor.
If a radish sticks to the floor and burns, the burnt taste rises a lot!!
STEP 5/9
Put the trimmed hairtail on top of the radish,
Pour the water only until the hairtail is over.
Sprinkle with a spoonful of sugar, and boil first.

Prepare the seasoning while it boils.

Sugar 1, sesame 2, sesame oil 2, red pepper powder 3, soy sauce 9, minced garlic 4,
Red pepper paste 3, ginger 2 (replacement of ginger powder), cooking wine 3, Cheongju 2 (replacement of soju 1)
STEP 7/9
When it boils, put the seasoning on top of the hairtail,
Add the onion and radish.
(I like to put potatoes in it, so I also put potatoes in it.)
15 minutes with the lid on
STEP 8/9
After 15 minutes, open the lid and boil it.
(The fishy smell is gone
If water looks insufficient, add a little water.
STEP 9/9
When the radish on top is cooked, add the green onion and Cheongyang red pepper and boil it one more time!! (10-15 minutes)
When boiling for the first time, the method of boiling with sugar is to make it smell fishy and sweet, but it doesn't matter if you skip it.
