Prepare the ingredients and trim the vegetables.

Blanch tomatoes in boiling water with a cross cut. Remove after 3 minutes and peel tomatoes.

Meanwhile, chop 1/2 onion into small pieces.

Wash the celery clean and peel off the fiber. Then, cut it into bite-size pieces.

When the vegetables are finished, cut the butter into small pieces and put them in a heated pot.

When the butter is completely melted, put all the trimmed vegetables into the pot.

When you're done adding the ingredients, add 1.5 cups of water. I used it because I had leftover chicken stock at home.

When the vegetables in the pot boil, lower the heat to low, add salt and simmer for 40 minutes.

When the soup boils for about 30 minutes, use a hand mixer to grind the ingredients.

It is a simple tomato soup with 4 ingredients. I had baguette bread at home, so I enjoyed breakfast with baguette bread!
If you don't have celery, you can make delicious tomato soup with just three ingredients: tomato, onion, and butter.
