STEP 1/8
The bracken was frozen and melted in cold water.
If it's boiled bracken, you can just use it.
If it's dried bracken, you can boil it and use it.

First, cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Put bracken in a bowl, season with seasoned vegetables, and marinate for about an hour.
(5 soy sauce, 1 per dish, 1 chili powder, 2 perilla oil, 1 minced garlic)

An hour later..
Add seasoned bracken and stir-fry it.

Prepare 2 Cheongyang peppers and 1 green onion for the ingredients.

When it starts to boil, add 2/3 cups of water with a paper cup and bring to a boil over medium heat.

When the water is reduced to a certain extent, boil it for about 10 minutes, add the cut ingredients, and stir-fry them together.
If it's too bland, add salt to it.
STEP 8/8
If you like something moist, turn off the heat and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of perilla oil and sesame seeds to finish the stir-fried bracken sprouts.
You don't have to put in chili powder if you don't want to.
After you stir-fry it all, add perilla powder at the end and stir-fry it to make it more savory, and it becomes a delicious stir-fried bracken
