There were bracken left after eating yukgaejang in the freezer, so I melted it and fried it with side dishes

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
The bracken was frozen and melted in cold water.
If it's boiled bracken, you can just use it.
If it's dried bracken, you can boil it and use it.
STEP 2/8
First, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 3/8
Put bracken in a bowl, season with seasoned vegetables, and marinate for about an hour.
(5 soy sauce, 1 per dish, 1 chili powder, 2 perilla oil, 1 minced garlic)
STEP 4/8
An hour later..
Add seasoned bracken and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/8
Prepare 2 Cheongyang peppers and 1 green onion for the ingredients.
STEP 6/8
When it starts to boil, add 2/3 cups of water with a paper cup and bring to a boil over medium heat.
STEP 7/8
When the water is reduced to a certain extent, boil it for about 10 minutes, add the cut ingredients, and stir-fry them together.
If it's too bland, add salt to it.
STEP 8/8
If you like something moist, turn off the heat and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of perilla oil and sesame seeds to finish the stir-fried bracken sprouts.
You don't have to put in chili powder if you don't want to. After you stir-fry it all, add perilla powder at the end and stir-fry it to make it more savory, and it becomes a delicious stir-fried bracken
