Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, add natural seasoning and make broth. When the broth is finished, add red pepper paste, red pepper powder, minced garlic, green onion, and cabbage to it and mix them well. I always add cabbage when I cook tteokbokki. Then the soup gets cool and goes well with the rice cake. Boil it like this.
STEP 2/4
Add rice cake, fish cake, fish ball, fried tofu, and dried tofu evenly. After continuing to boil it, season it with brewed soy sauce and add starch syrup to add sweetness. I think tteokbokki has the most flavor when you put starch syrup in it. Continue to boil down until the soup is thick.
STEP 3/4
The soup is completely boiled down. If you think you don't have enough seasoning, you can add more soy sauce or red pepper paste. If all the ingredients are stuck together in the sauce, it's complete. Then, you can eat tteokbokki with a stronger taste because the flavor of the sauce is enough in the rice cake and various ingredients.
STEP 4/4
I think it tastes like seafood because there's a fish ball in it. It's fish ball tteokbokki Spicy tteokbokki using hot pot ingredients is complete. Sprinkle sesame seeds and wrap it up!!!
