Grilled pork skewers / Mushroom pork neck skewers
I made grilled skewers, one of the foods that comes to mind when camping using pork neck. It's the best as a simple snack!!

Ingredients
  • pork neck
    100g
  • King oyster mushroom
    1handful
  • Pork cutlet sauce
    4spoon
  • teriyaki sauce
    4spoon
  • Salt
    little
  • ground pepper
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut pork neck into bite-size pieces to stick on the skewer.
Then add salt and pepper and season.
STEP 2/7
In order to shorten the cooking time by cutting the meat thickly, I first grilled it on the pan.
STEP 3/7
Clean up the little bird and cut it in half.
STEP 4/7
Place meat and mushrooms alternately on skewers.
Use a variety of other ingredients!
STEP 5/7
Mix teriyaki sauce and pork cutlet sauce to make sauce.
STEP 6/7
Spread sauce over meat and mushrooms.
STEP 7/7
Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 190 degrees to complete the process.
