Ingredients
  • Dark Cover Chocolate
    400g
  • whipped cream
    200g
  • Starch syrup
    20g
  • trimolyn

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Add dark chocolate to lightly heated whipped cream.
STEP 2/11
In medium heat, stir the chocolate to melt and blend seamlessly with each other.
Be careful not to let water in.

When smooth, add a little starch syrup and trimoline and mix.
STEP 4/11
Pour it into the mold.

Remove chocolate from mold and cut with a knife at cold room temperature or in refrigerator.
If you want to cut it neatly, heat the tip of the knife slightly over the fire, wipe the knife, and heat it up and cut the chocolate..You'd better repeat this work.

Add chopped chocolate to cocoa powder and shake it
