Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
First, cut the green grape branches little by little with scissors

Sprinkle half a cup of flour or baking soda evenly

Reheat 9 minutes in a rice cooker for 3 times (about 30 minutes)
Put it in a pot and boil it for 30 minutes while stirring

It becomes more and more transparent and becomes sticky jam. :)

When it's completely cold, the skin melts and the jam turns orange

Green grapes do not dissolve in sugar while the ground skin is boiling, so it is recommended to boil them in a pot or use reheating that only boils without steam when cooking them in a rice cooker
