STEP 1/6
Boil the chestnuts well and remove the kernel well.
You can boil the chestnuts, break them in half, and scoop them out with a teaspoon. (It's easy to say...)
STEP 2/6
2.
Add 1/2 the weight of the chestnut water and grind finely in a blender.
It's not very divided. You can add a little more water, but it takes more time to boil it down later. Take the convenient method into consideration.
I have a lot, so I changed it three times.crying
STEP 3/6
Add sugar and honey to well-grounded chestnuts and mix.
Add 1/5 of the amount of sugar chestnuts and 1/2 of the amount of sugar honey.
I added chestnut honey. You can add regular honey, but if you add chestnut honey, the scent of chestnut flowers makes it a more delicious chestnut paste.
If you have chestnut honey, I think it would be good to add chestnut honey.
STEP 4/6
Boil the well-mixed ingredients over medium heat.
Stir it well so that it doesn't burn. The chestnut can get splashed as it boils, so I think it'd be good to use a deep pot. Cover when not stirring.
I boiled it down a lot matte. You can boil it down to the texture you want, but I think matte ones are better than dry ones.
STEP 5/6
The charming chestnut paste is complete.
It's a bit different from chestnut jam? I think so.
I think it can be used for various dishes.
STEP 6/6
I personally like chestnut honey.
It has a unique scent that is not found in ordinary honey.
When chestnut flowers bloom, the smell of chestnut flowers vibrates near the chestnut tree.
There's an attractive scent that's not found in ordinary honey. I like chestnut honey
I added chestnut honey to make chestnut paste
The scent makes it more attractive.
It's not as sweet as regular jam, so there's no pressure.
I think it would be good to eat it with bread or biscuits.
I think it'd be good to make chestnut latte again.
I'll have to make a chestnut latte in a few days.
