STEP 1/11
A lot of pork tenderloin and sirloin are sold at butcher shops for pork cutlet.
You can just buy thick meat and tap it with a pork cutlet hammer at home.
First, season the cut meat.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and marinate for about 30 minutes.
STEP 2/11
Prepare meat seasoned with salt and pepper, flour, eggs, and bread crumbs.
STEP 3/11
Brush both sides of meat with flour, coat with egg mixture, and coat with bread crumbs, pressing lightly with palms.
STEP 4/11
Then the pork cutlet is done!!
It's very simple. ^^
Why don't I make it often
STEP 5/11
The pork cutlet made in this way will be eaten by putting a layer of plastic pack in a storage container so that it does not stick, freezing it, and taking it out one by one, right?
STEP 6/11
Now let's make pork cutlet sauce.
I referred to the recipe that JYP BOBBAG teacher taught me..
Both of us ate the sauce with the sauce was poured.
Add 2T of sugar, 2T of ketchup, 2T of oyster sauce, and a cup and a half of water and mix well.
STEP 7/11
Melt the butter in a pot about 2T,
Add 2T flour to well-melted butter and stir-fry well.
Stir-fry until it becomes light brown.
If you don't stir-fry enough flour, it can smell like flour.
STEP 8/11
Add the seasoning (sugar, ketchup, oyster sauce, and water) that you mixed earlier and boil it over medium-low heat.
Bring to a boil when well stirred; add 2/3 cups of milk when the sauce thickens and mix.
Turn off the heat if the milk is well mixed.
STEP 9/11
Then the sauce is simply done!
It's an old-fashioned pork cutlet sauce.
It tastes different from the sauce on the market now.
You can taste the sweet and sour, savory, and soft sauce.
STEP 10/11
Grease the pork cutlet and fry it.
If you fry it over high heat, the pork cutlet will not be cooked to the inside, but will only burn the outside.
It's better to cook over medium heat after raising the oil temperature.
STEP 11/11
I like crispy pork cutlet, so I fried it very golden. It's good if you just eat it like this.
It's delicious even if you dip it in ketchup^^
I prepared a cabbage salad, a bean paste, and a corn.
We don't really like rice, so we didn't prepare it.
It's more delicious if you eat it with rice.^^
If you pour in the sauce, the pork cutlet from a long time ago..^^
It's a picture that brings back memories.
If the sauce is cold, it's better to heat it up a little.
When it cools, the sauce becomes very thick.
