Time: It took an hour.
Ingredients: Almost the same, but I'll write it in detail. But it's much softer than boiling, less stinky, and delicious boiled pork came out, so I ate it Haha
I'm going to try pork belly next time! I don't like fat, but I think pork belly is okay
