STEP 1/8
Chop up the carrots and onions.
Remove seeds from red and cheongyang peppers and chop them.

Put water in a pot and when it boils, add a little salt, boil the soaked noodles, rinse it in cold water for 2-3 minutes
Drain on a sieve.

Make sure to squeeze the oil out of the tuna can.
Chop up the green onions.

Put carrots, tuna, green onions, onions, red pepper, cheongyang pepper, thin salt, and eggs in a bowl

Chop the glass noodles and put them in.
Mix it evenly.

Grease a pan with cooking oil and scoop out spoon by spoon and cook until golden.

Flip it over and cook the bottom, too

Put it in a bowl.
*Adjust the cooking time according to the soaking condition.
*Place boiled glass noodles on a kitchen towel and thoroughly wipe off the remaining water and cook.
*Push the tuna can inside without opening the lid and removing it, and press it with your thumbs of both hands to remove the fat without supporting it on the sieve. (Be careful not to get hurt.)
