STEP 1/8
Prepare the ingredients first.
120g of dried squid, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoon of brewed soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of mirin, 1 tablespoon of starch syrup, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

STEP 2/8
Cut the long dried squid into bite-size pieces.
Cut it with scissors
STEP 3/8
Rinse the dried squid lightly in cold water and squeeze the water with your hands.
STEP 4/8
Stir-fry 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic in a pan preheated over low heat.
STEP 5/8
Then add 2 tablespoons of brewed soy sauce, 1 tablespoons of mirin, 1 tablespoons of starch syrup, and 1 tablespoon of sugar, and boil it lightly until the sugar melts.
* Fire is low heat.
STEP 6/8
Stir-fry dried squid in soy sauce seasoning. (Keep low heat)
* Rather than stir-fry the dried squid, stir-fry it as if you're mixing it with the sauce evenly.

Turn off the heat when the sauce permeates the dried squid well.
Add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and mix well.
