Salted oyster recipe. Seasonal winter side dish
It's soft salted oysters. It's fun to eat it with spicy and salty seasoning. (Refer to Sumi's side dish recipe)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
First, peel the radish and slice it into 1.5*1.5cm thin slices.
STEP 2/10
Add 1T of salt to radish and stir-fry, then marinate for 15 minutes.

Prepare 3 to 4 bowls of salt water (2L of water + 3T of salt). And put oysters in here and wash them clean.

Add 20g of red pepper powder to drained radish and mix well

Add oysters, ginger, 50g of red pepper powder, and 2t of salt and mix them gently.

Put the salted oysters in a sterilized glass bowl one by one by one.

Put the completed salted oysters in the refrigerator and let them ripen for 3 to 7 days
