Ingredients
  • Strong flour
    1200g
  • Milk
    450g
  • Tofu
    600g
  • Sugar
    100g
  • grape seed oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Mix milk and grape seed oil well in a bowl and mash the tofu.

Combine flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a larger bowl and knead 1 for 15-20 minutes.

Round the dough of 2, float the vinyl, and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.

Remove air slightly and divide into 6 pieces, circle, cover with plastic and rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
