3. Rinse the chicken in cold water and marinate it in salt -> pepper -> cooking wine -> milk

4. I'm making the sauce
(Dark soy sauce + sugar + oligosaccharide + cooking wine + water + sesame oil + pepper + water + green onion + minced garlic)

5. Rinse the marinated chicken in cold water for 30 minutes
Put fried chicken powder, sparkling water, and ice batter
Mix it

6. Dip it in the fried chicken powder one more time
Put the chicken on the powder and get ready to burn

7. Fry twice in heated cooking oil
* How to check the temperature: If it rises within 2 seconds after adding the batter
170-180 degrees is an appropriate temperature*
(Temperature rise time: takes about 8 minutes on medium heat)
Add chicken and fry first for 8 minutes

9. Boil the sauce over high heat for 2 minutes and add the chicken
Turn off the heat and mix it
